Reconciliation of career and family

Since professional challenges sometimes compete with private family interests, the Max Planck Society offers extensive support to help you balance both.

The MPS also offers family friendly working hours and other support programs. You will find detailed information on this topic at: https://www.mpg.de/family-and-career

The Max Planck Society is the only German scientific organization that qualifies for the non-profit-making PLC "work and family" certificate, which acknowledges its family-oriented personnel policy.
