On November 4, 2021, 15 guests from southern France visited the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Energy Conversion to learn more about basic research on chemical energy conversion and storage. Walter Leitner, Director of the department Molecular Catalysis, warmly welcomed the group. Following his introduction to the institute's work and collaborative projects, Alexandre Sodreau, postdoc in multifunctional catalytic systems, rounded off the visit with a tour through the laboratories.
The delegation, formed through the collaboration of Enterprise Europe Network France Méditerranée, ZENIT and risingSUD, got to know the hydrogen ecosystem in North Rhine-Westphalia during their three-day stay in this country.
