In the last year Dr. Jennifer Strunk recieved the Jochen-Block-Preis, that is awarded during the annual meeting of the German catalysis researcher in Weimar. She was awarded because of her studys on photocatalytic reduction of carbon dioxide with water to hydrocarbon. Dr. Strunk started working for the MPI CEC on October 1st, 2014 and supports now the department of Prof. Schlögl.
