The chambers of industry and commerce (IHK) of NRW organize a ceremony to award outstanding performances during an apprenticeship every year. This years' ceremony took place on September 16th in the Luise-Albertz-Halle in Oberhausen with 307 outstanding apprentices, who graduated with the best grade „sehr gut“.

77 out of the 307 finished their apprenticeship in companies and institutions in Mülheim an der Ruhr. One of them is Phillip Reck, former apprentice at the MPI for Chemical Energy Conversion. Now Phillip is working in the group „Chemical Synthesis, X-ray structure analysis“ of <link internal-link internal link in current>Dr. Thomas Weyhermüller at the MPI CEC.

The MPI CEC congratulates Phillip Reck on his great success. We are proud to have such outstanding apprentices at our institute.
